Sicilian is a lion mink and the squad captain of the Musketeers and one of the "Three Inuarashi Musketeers". Sicilian is a lion mink who wears a typical musketeer outfit. His mane is long and curly, going all the way to his chest, and his tail is very similar. He also has a swirly, handlebar mustache. He is very intense and over-the-top in regards to everything he does, from speaking to showing gratefulness.
He is known for throwing people into a pit and forcing them to climb up alone when they speak about "sweet" things, which he considers weak. This behavior reflects the exaggerated urban belief about lions being known for throwing their cubs off of cliffs to toughen them up.
He can be very appreciative as he kneeled in gratitude towards the Straw Hats, the people who helped the Mink Tribe after Jack's attack. Being one of the "Three Inuarashi Musketeers", Sicilian is one of the strongest mink warriors on Zou. Like many Minks, he is capable of using Electro and can imbue his sword with it.
As a squad captain, he has authority over the members of his squad. When the Beasts Pirates, led by Jack, invaded Zou in search for a ninja called Raizo, Sicilian and the other Musketeers took a stand against them. When dusk arrived, the Musketeers fall back to allow Nekomamushi and the Guardians to deal with the intruders.
The Mink Tribe had the upper hand against the Beasts Pirates until Jack used one of Caesar's poison gas weapons. The minks were later saved by Sanji and his group when they arrived at Zou a few days after Jack's attack.
